There is an edge of expectation in the air, so often in an event the edge of expectation can convert to fear and panic, but today my soundtrack is an instrumental one from Paris and the expectation is palabable.

Sometimes you truly need a bit of expectation to help get the adrenilin kicking and for it to bring out your best.

What are you expecting today? The measure of your expectation is often the fullness of the result.

Expectation begets expectation.

Also today I said no. Ahh someone (my lovely sis) kindly brought me a coke zero with lunch as I normally steal hers, and I said no. Yay me…

Just say no. simple. (yeah right!)
